Policies, Shipping, and Disclosures



CeraMaterials’ data, order processing, and variable/freight shipping:

Charts and provided data:

Provided charts and data are average results of tests conducted under standard procedures and are subject to variation. Results should not be used for specification purposes and individual testing should be performed to confirm individual requirements. The information, recommendations, and opinions set forth are offered solely for consideration, inquiry, and verification, and are not, in part or total, to be construed as constituting a warranty or representation for which CeraMaterials assumes legal responsibility.

Order Processing:
All orders received will be processed Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm. Order acknowledgements, confirmations, and tracking information will be provided by email.

Variable/ Freight Shipping:
Material that is designated as variable or freight shipping will be estimated by our logistics department after inquiry or order placed. Estimate is subject to change if final dimensions and weights vary. The customer is responsible for all shipping and transportation cost. Payment must be received in full to release shipment.

Ceramaterials policies and terminology for Damaged, Cancelled, and Returnable shipments:

F.O.B. POINT
Shipments are all F.O.B. point, unless specifically stated otherwise.

DAMAGED GOODS
Damages after the shipment leaves our dock are the responsibility of the carrier. Any claims should be made with the carrier directly. You are responsible for inspecting and determining that the material is acceptable within 7 days of shipment. Ceramaterials makes no guaranteed warranty claim on any materials.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are under the discretion of Ceramaterials logistics team. Any “Made-to-Order” shipments are not always claimed as such, and it is understood the shipment is in fact “Made-to-Order” if a drawing or sketch has been submitted by your company to make your product. The “Made to Order” shipments cannot be cancelled. Orders that are not “Made to Order” can be cancelled upon the written approval process by Ceramaterials logistics team. Any special order which is cancelled or returned is subject, in addition to all other terms or conditions which Buyer may specify, to a 25% cancellation fee.

RETURNS
Returns must be submitted in writing to Ceramaterials logistics team within 30 days of receiving the shipment(s), and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Unauthorized returns may be returned collect to sender.

DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
All acknowledged delivery dates are subject to strikes, fires, accidents and other contingencies beyond Ceramaterials control. It is our sincere desire to deliver within the acknowledged delivery but make no guarantee to do so.

PRICES
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct printing errors & limit quantities.

LIMITATION OF ACTIONS
Any action against Seller shall be commenced within one year after the cause of action therefore has accrued. Failure of Buyer to commence an action within such period shall constitute a waiver and release thereof, and Buyer shall have no further cause of action against Seller for such breach.

GENERAL INDEMNIFICATION
Buyer will, at its expense, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ceramaterials and its affiliates and sales agents, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, from and against any and all loss, cost, expense, damage, claim, demand or liability, including reasonable attorney and professional fees and costs and the cost of settlement, compromise, judgment or verdict incurred by or demanded of an Indemnitee arising out of, resulting from or occurring in connection with Buyer’s negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of the terms of this Purchase Order.
