ITC Family of Ceramic Coatings
The most versatile high temperature coating in the ITC family
Use it as a stand alone product or as a base coat for other ITC products.
Applied by sprayer or brush after diluting with one part water to two parts ITC-100HT. (See the engineering standard for details on specific applications)
Home forgers love this product because it allows them to achieve welding temperatures.
Nucor, USS, and Arcelor Metal love the savings they have acheived in their steel plants.
See our product performance updates for details and ROI figures.

PINT - $95
GALLON - $450
5 GALLON PAIL - $1,760
Metal and Graphite Coating
An outstanding product especially formulated to protect metals and graphite including heating elements and those exposed to molten metals.
In applications such as cement bag houses, burner pipe, electrodes, refractory anchors & furnace shells, component life is extended with ROI in less than one year.
Prepare one part water to three parts ITC base mix or 1/3 of a container to a full container of the coating.
This coating is applied using a rag after pre-mixing to get full suspension.
Metal should be clean and free of rust, corrosion & coatings. Use a mild bleach solution to prepare the metal.
Coated metal will not weld. Very smooth metal should be roughed up using emory cloth, steel wool, or a hack saw blade. Do not grind.
PINT - $130
GALLON - $570
5 GALLON PAIL - $2,080
Ceramic Top Coating
A high-purity coating which gives a clean firing and minimizes impurities in gloss kilns and moten metal operations.
Prevents dross, slag build-up, heavy suds &carbon deposits.
Used as a top coating on all all other ITC coatings.
Provides additional radiant heat reflection properties & enhances corrosion resistance.
Mix 1/2 pint to 1 pint ITC base mix. 100-200sq.ft. per mixed gallon coverage rate.
Applied by spray or brush. See engineering standard for detailed application guidelines.
PINT - $120
GALLON - $490
5 GALLON PAIL - $1,920
Heavy Duty Ceramic Repair
A strong abrasion resistant compound for repairing areas exposed to harsh environments such as tundishes, ladles, troughs, crucibles, and door jambs.
Apply with a spatula or trowel over a base coat of ITC-100HT.
Top coat with ITC-296A for longest life.
Great for exending equipment life until planned shut down windows!
Dilute ~ 1/8 pt. to 1 pt. base mix.
Coverage is the volume of container purchased. See engineering standard for details applicaiton instructions.
PINT - $80
GALLON - $460
5 GALLON PAIL - $1,650
An excellent durable compound for repairing broken, chipped, or cracked brick, castable cement, and vacuum formed fiber.
Bonds rapidly and eliminates the need for costly relining and down time.
Comes ready to apply over a fresh coating of ITC-100HT base.
Use a spatula, putty knife, or trowel.
PINT - $80
GALLON - $340
5 GALLON PAIL - $1,650
