Metal and Graphite Coating
An outstanding product especially formulated to protect metals and graphite including heating elements and those exposed to molten metals.
In applications such as cement bag houses, burner pipe, electrodes, refractory anchors & furnace shells, component life is extended with ROI in less than one year.
Prepare one part water to three parts ITC base mix or 1/3 of a container to a full container of the coating.
This coating is applied using a rag after pre-mixing to get full suspension.
Metal should be clean and free of rust, corrosion & coatings. Use a mild bleach solution to prepare the metal.
Coated metal will not weld. Very smooth metal should be roughed up using emory cloth, steel wool, or a hack saw blade. Do not grind.

Ceramic Top Coating
A high-purity coating which gives a clean firing and minimizes impurities in gloss kilns and moten metal operations.
Prevents dross, slag build-up, heavy suds &carbon deposits.
Used as a top coating on all all other ITC coatings.
Provides additional radiant heat reflection properties & enhances corrosion resistance.
Mix 1/2 pint to 1 pint ITC base mix. 100-200sq.ft. per mixed gallon coverage rate.

Heavy Duty Ceramic Repair
A strong abrasion resistant compound for repairing areas exposed to harsh environments such as tundishes, ladles, troughs, crucibles, and door jambs.
Apply with a spatula or trowel over a base coat of ITC-100HT.
Top coat with ITC-296A for longest life.
Great for exending equipment life until planned shut down windows!
Dilute ~ 1/8 pt. to 1 pt. base mix.
